一、基本情况

张吉宇,男,甘肃民乐人,兰州大学萃英学者特聘教授,博士生导师,甘肃省飞天学者特聘教授,国家草品种区域试验站(张掖、西峰)负责人,甘肃省草种质资源圃(甘州)负责人,兰州大学甘州草种创新野外试验站站长。

二、教育和工作经历

2000年6月,甘肃农业大学园艺专业,农学学士学位。

2003年6月,甘肃农业大学草业学院,草业科学硕士学位。

2008年6月,兰州大学,草业科学博士学位。

2003年至今,兰州大学草地农业科技学院从事草类作物育种与生物技术的教学与科研。

2007年1月-2008年1月,在澳大利亚维多利亚农业生物技术中心(VABC, DPI),访问学者。

20125月-7月,由“中新科学家交流计划”资助,在新西兰草地研究所(AgResearch Ltd)Lincoln和Parmerston North中心、PGG Wrightson公司合作交流。

2014年10月-2015年1月,澳大利亚维多利亚环境与初级产业部生物科学研究中心(BRD, DEPI),高级访问学者。

2018年3月12日-25日,国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)访问交流。


三、研究方向

草类作物遗传育种、分子生物技术

研究生招生方向:草学,农艺与种业。

工作内容:

1.紫花苜蓿、草木樨、无芒隐子草、牛枝子、罗布麻等牧草、乡土草遗传选育

2.整合基因组、转录组(mRNA、micRNA、lncRNA)、代谢组等解释牧草关键性状形成的分子机制

3.通过转基因、基因编辑、全基因组选择等技术创制新材料
